The meeting first conveyed the spirit of the safety work conference of the superior department, analyzed the overall situation of campus safety and stability work, and clarified the work requirements for foreign-related safety in the ideological field. Li Qingfeng pointed out that all units in the school need to raise their political stance, attach great importance to foreign-related safety work, adhere to problem orientation, consolidate responsibilities, refine measures, and maintain campus safety and stability through practical actions.

Li Qingfeng emphasized that to do a good job in foreign-related security work, firstly, to accurately grasp the situation of foreign-related security. While continuously enhancing the ability to maintain foreign-related security, it is also necessary to further improve the foreign-related security mechanism and fulfill the responsibility of safeguarding national security and interests in the field of education. The second is to firmly adhere to the safety bottom line. We need to further strengthen bottom line thinking, battlefield awareness, disciplinary requirements, and emergency response capabilities, with a focus on increasing the investigation of key areas, timely resolving potential risks, and doing a good job in caring for special groups. Thirdly, actively promote the internationalization of education. We should proactively establish an international circle of friends, expand friendly exchanges among young students, optimize the training program for international students, and strengthen the internationalization of talent cultivation.

The meeting made detailed arrangements for the next stage of work and identified six key tasks.
