To all international students in China:
In accordance with the spirit of the notice of the higher authorities on the opening of the spring semester, and in combination with the epidemic prevention and control and the actual work of the school, the returning arrangements for international students in the spring semester of 2023 are as follows:
一、returning time and place
time:12th February
place:north gate, East campus
二、Returning requirements
（一）Daily health monitoring for one week before returning to school, without symptoms, such as fever (temperature below 37.3 °C), dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, etc.
（二）Students with symptoms such as fever, dry cough, weakness and sore throat should do antigen or nucleic acid tests. If the results are abnormal, you must take the initiative to report the details to the major college and delay your return to school.
三、returning process
（一）before returning
1.During the week before returning to school, students should refrain from going out and reduce contact with outsiders as much as possible, and conduct daily health self-tests such as temperature measurement and observation of clinical symptoms related to novel coronavirus infection.
Students out of Huzhou but in China should fill in the “application form of returning to school”, which shall be approved by the major college and reported to the International College for the record
Note:Students who are not returning to school this time should fill in the “application form for not returning to school temporarily”before 15th,Feb.The students who should be present offline academic activity are required to return.if you have the special case,you should report to international college.
2.It is recommended that you bring an appropriate amount of common medicines, medical surgical masks, thermometers, etc. Pay attention to climate change and prepare warm clothes.
（二）during returning
1.If you are returning to school by public transportation, please choose a direct route as much as possible to reduce the number of transfers. Please wear a mask throughout the journey to school, pay attention to personal hygiene, keep a distance from fellow passengers, minimize communication with other people, reduce contact with public objects or parts of the transportation, and avoid touching the mouth, nose and eyes with your hands.
2.Students are required to check their return code and take their temperature when they enter the school. Anyone who is not on the school's approved return list or who does not meet the conditions for return (abnormal temperature test, etc.) will not be allowed to enter the campus.
3.If conditions permit, students are advised to return to school by car and other forms to reduce the risk of roadside infection.
4.If you have fever, dry cough, weakness, sore throat or other uncomfortable symptoms on your way back to school, you should report them to the college at the first opportunity and go to the fever clinic in the campus medical office upon arrival.
（三）after returning
1.Health monitoring will be conducted for 7 consecutive days and antigen or nucleic acid testing will be performed as needed. If you have respiratory symptoms such as fever, cough or sore throat, malaise, diarrhea, etc., especially if your axillary temperature is ≥37.3°C, please go to the school medical office promptly.
2.Students are asked to consciously practice the concept of health first and be the first person responsible for their own health. You should not go out unless it is necessary, adhere to good hygiene habits such as wearing a mask and washing your hands regularly, maintain a healthy lifestyle, and improve your health literacy and self-protection ability.
3.Students are advised to pay attention to the academic affairs department for the arrangement of course study and examination.
