Recently reported from Hanban / Confucius Institute Headquarters, our university has officially been approved as one of the on-line examination sites of Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK).
Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK), also known as HSK, is a national standardized examination to test the Chinese language level for non-native Chinese speakers (including foreigners, overseas Chinese and Chinese domestic minority personnel) . Six language proficiency levels are distinguished in the examination, with emphasis on examining the ability to master Chinese language in daily life, learning and working scenarios. The on-line examination our university applied is Internet and computer based , with the same exam content, standards and effectiveness as the paper-and-pencil test.
In recent years, as the scale of foreign students and number of participants in HSK continues to expand, in order to strengthen the management of foreign students' examinations and meet students' needs to take HSK exams, the International College has actively applied for on-line exam site with the strong support from Teaching Affairs Office, Faculty of Arts and Modern Educational Technology Center.
The establishment of HSK on-line exam site will help attract more foreign students to our university and build up a broader platform for international cultural and educational exchanges, as well as enhance the international influence and promote the process of internationalization of our university.
