At 12:30 on Nov 7th, the first plenary meeting of all students in International Students’ Union and 2023 International Student Association of Huzhou University was held in Room101, Teaching Building32. All members of International Student Association and International Students’ Union and teacher Wu Haiyan of International College showed up. The meeting was hosted by Zhang Wanruo, president of International Student Association.
会议开始主席张琬若向全体成员表示了欢迎，随后由留学生联合会成员、国际部主席团与部长级开始自我介绍，让各位国际部的新成员们简单了解了国际部的组成结构，同时为部门的后续工作的展开提供了必要的基础。
At the beginning of the meeting, the president Zhang Wanruo welcomed all the members. Followed by are self-introductions of international students as well as presidiums and ministers in International Student Association, which helped newcomers of International Student Association briefly understand the internal structure more while provided essential foundations for the follow-up work of different departments.

The next part was the speech of the teacher WuHaiyan from International College of Huzhou University. In her speech, she mentioned that the International Student association was called “the happiest department in the whole school ”,inspiring the members of International student association to confront the coming challenges and opportunities. She also expressed her expectations for the future of the International student association and the preparation of the New Year’s Eve party programs. She also expressed the excellent performance of the international students in the phalanx performance opening ceremony of the sports meeting.
接下来三位留学生联合会主席团成员Barry，Louis，Sofiya轮流上台发言，共同表示对新成员的欢迎，并希望以后能共同努力、共同进步，打造更好的国际部与留学生联合会。
Next, Barry, Louis and Sofiya, the three members of the International Student Union of the international students, took turns to speak on the stage and jointly expressed their welcome to the new members, and hoped that they could work together and make progress together in the future to build a better international Student association and student union.
主席张琬若上台发言并对国际部成员们提出了三点要求：
1.严格遵守部门规章制，做好本职工作
2.在做好本职任务的基础上，积极参与各部门的活动，多多交流
3.在与留学生友好交流的同时，相互理解、尊重。
The president Zhang Wanruo spoke on stage and put forward three requirements to the members of the International Student Association:
1. Strictly obey departmental rules and regulations, and do my job well.
2. On the basis of doing their own tasks, actively take part in activities of various departments and communicate more with each other.
3. While communicating with international students friendly, understand and respect each other.
会议结束后，全体成员前往德清湖对面留影纪念，留下美好的青春回忆。
After the meeting, all members went to the opposite side of Deqing Lake to take photos and memorialize, leaving behind beautiful memories of their youth.
